Who we are
Our mission is to support the North County Police Cooperative (NCPC) officers in becoming increasingly effective and efficient in carrying out the demanding and multifaceted responsibilities of modern law enforcement. Established in 2015, the NCPC was created to address a critical need within our community for professional, dedicated, and effective policing services, particularly in areas that have historically been underserved. These communities rely on the NCPC by entering into contracts that provide essential policing services despite facing significant budgetary challenges. In 2025, the NCPC Police Foundation was established with the goal of fostering excellence within the NCPC and enhancing overall public safety. Through the generosity of donors, strategic fundraising efforts, and targeted grant acquisition, the NCPC Police Foundation provides vital support that enables the NCPC to overcome the limitations imposed by traditional municipal funding sources.
